About this event

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a predominantly ground-based martial art, using the principals of leverage, angles, pressure and timing, as well as knowledge of basic human anatomy, in order to achieve a non-violent submission of one’s opponent. (This class structure is more advanced level technique, drilling, and live sparring. There is a behavior/ conduct expectation that will be strictly enforced. If one is unable to follow advanced instruction, maintain focus, or is a distraction to fellow teammates participation will not be permitted and we recommend the 4:45 Cubs class to build foundation as a pre-requirement.)
