About this event
Visitors are welcome to get an up-close look at some of the rarest, and most famous, military aircraft spanning from WWII through Vietnam. The collection includes a P-51 Mustang, T6 Texan, PT-13 Stearman, L-13 Grasshopper, H-13 MASH helicopter and an AD-4 Skyraider. Also numerous displays of memorabilia and artifacts donated by local families.
Kids can get a taste of aviation in our 'Future Flyer' area, featuring age-appropriate activities focused on aerospace concepts!
Don't forget your camera! Photo ops abound, and visitors are welcome to take pictures of their visit... you may even get the chance to witness history come to life when our pilots take some of the aircraft out for some exercise!! Feel the rumble of the mighty radial engine, see living legends of a time gone by fly overhead as we bring the past into the present.
Admission to the Museum is by donation (a minimum of $5/person is suggested).
Can't make an open house? That's ok! We're open every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 12-4pm. (Except major holidays)
Got a group of kids, anxious to take a peek at history? Give us a call to schedule a tour! Our Tour Coordinator, Capt. Paul, will get you all taken care of. 360.733.4422.
