Mystic Heart’s intentionally crafted soundscapes support an atmosphere for deep meditative states of relaxation and allow the body’s innate wisdom to restore, renew and rebalance.
Kristi’s Sound Journeys utilize the soothing play from premium quality handcrafted artisan gongs, hand-selected crystal singing bowls and specific sound tools to design an environment ripe for transformation, opening and deep connection. The rhythmic soundscapes and penetrating vibrations help quiet the mind, alleviate stress, nourish the nervous system, foster deep relaxation and peace.
