Scout Troop 4003 Regular Tuesday Evening Meetings – Visitors Welcome

About this event

Our Scout Troop is a community of boys and girls, and their parents.

o If your household’s youth are in the 6th grade through High School, Scouts of America is the place for you!

o Our Troop is a family Troop where youth can learn to work together as equals and respect each other.

o Scout Troop regular meetings are normally on Tuesday evenings from 7PM – 8:30. Additional events may be scheduled on weekends. During the summer, we may be using our watercraft (kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, a rowboat, and access to a medium sailboat that seats 5). During the winter, we may be using our Troop’s snowshoes on Mt. Baker’s trails.

Our sponsor and frequent meeting place (when we are not meeting outdoors) is: Explorations Academy, 1701 Ellis St, Bellingham, WA. Please check our website to confirm where we will be when you come to visit. Scout visitors are welcome at any Tuesday evening meeting.

• We’re all about encouraging youth to make friends, help others, get outdoors, build confidence and do their best.

• As a community we offer a range of activities and access to equipment and knowledge that many households are unable to provide. And, we help train adults and youth in the exploration that is available to them with that equipment and knowledge.

• Scouts learn new skills, learn about their community and understand how to make healthy choices about what they want to become as they grow and mature.

• As they make friends, practice social skills and learn about their world, they learn transferable skills to navigate their future lives and interests.
