About this event
Take a midweek pause and join me for an evening of slowing down at Clayton Beach. This is part mindful meander, part open-hearted conversation — a space to reconnect with yourself and the natural world while being gently supported to explore what’s on your heart.
What to Expect
✨ Gentle Walking – We’ll stroll along the beach and forest trail, letting our pace be guided by curiosity and what we notice. ✨ Meaningful Conversation – I’ll offer questions to spark reflection and hold space for whatever feels alive for you — whether that’s a decision you’re untangling, a dream you’re exploring, or simply needing to breathe. ✨ Nature’s Medicine – Ocean air, wide horizons, and the grounding presence of the trail to help you reset.
