- ➤ The Whatcom County Council will review a flood recovery plan aimed at boosting flow capacity near the Everson Bridge at its meeting on Feb. 24. Earlier, Public Works Director Elizabeth Kosa reported on Feb. 10 that current measures fall short for several areas hit by recent floods. KISM
