GOVERNMENT NEWS
- ➤ WSDOT will close the right lane of I-5 southbound near Bow Hill Road in Skagit County from 7 p.m. tonight to 5:30 a.m. Thursday morning to install new signs and traffic sensors, and drivers should expect delays. KISM
