  • WSDOT crews in Whatcom County will begin repaving a 10-mile section of I-5 between Blaine and the Nooksack River next week starting Wednesday, July 16 at 8 p.m.+ They will also repair guardrails and ramps with overnight detours, and all work is expected to be finished by October.  KAFE
