- ➤ Lummi Nation Police said an officer shot last week is recovering well — a fundraising dinner at Syros Greek & Italian Restaurant in Lynden raised over $20,000 from more than 600 meals for his family and the suspect, Jesus Penuelas-Agramon, is scheduled for arraignment at 8:30 a.m. Friday in Whatcom County Superior Court on charges of attempted murder.
