- ➤ The Bellingham Food Bank doubled its weekly food spending budget to help locals who may lose SNAP benefits next month, and The Salvation Army is partnering with Walmart to hold food drives across the area. One drive will be held at Bellingham Walmart on Saturday, Nov. 1 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. where community members can bring non-perishables, boxed meals and canned proteins. KISM
